We acknowledge that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Our utmost priority is to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase.

Returns:
We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

To initiate a return, customers can contact us and provide the order number and reason for the return.

Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and if approved we will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days.
If the product is damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered, returns will be accepted only if a request is sent via email to hello@reetlifestyle.in within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please include an image of the item in your email.
Only in the above-mentioned cases, return shipping cost will be covered by us. For any other instances, customers are accountable for the expenses of returning the item.
Exchange:
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. However, you can still take advantage of our return policy by returning the product and placing a new order for the desired item.

Note - NO REFUND will be provided in the following situations:

Cancellation Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Status: If the order has been processed or shipped within the 24 hours timeframe, the cancellation request cannot be accommodated.
Refund Process: If the cancellation request is approved, customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount. The refund will typically be issued using the original payment method.
