This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products ordered through our website, www.reetlifestyle.in. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to understand our shipping practices.

Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays in processing times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. We work with reputed delivery partners and Speed Post depending on speed of delivery and pin code availability with the shipping partner.

Shipping Rates:

  • We provide FREE shipping for all orders valuing ₹5000 and above.

  • For orders below ₹5000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping Destinations:
One order cannot be split into Multiple delivery addresses. All items in one order will be shipped to one address only. Separate orders have to be created for separate delivery address. Currently we are accepting online orders to shipping addresses within India, and we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping will be 5-7 business days after order processing. The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. We will make our best efforts to ensure timely delivery and keep you informed of any significant delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, occasionally, packages may be lost or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and initiate a claim if necessary. Please note that resolution times may vary depending on the carrier's policies.

Packaging:
Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel delivered in a secure manner. If a tampered parcel is accepted the responsibility and liability is of the customer.
